Sheet Metal
We specialise in sheet metal work for a variery of different industries. From one off items to large scale production. Materials we work with include stainless steel, mild steel, galvanised, Aluminium and brass.
Fabrication
Our purpose built fabrication facilities allow us to undertake bespoke fabrication work of any size in a range of materials.
Laser Cutting
With out new fibre laser cutting machines we can offer cut parts up to three meters long and 1.5 meters wide in thickness ranging from 0.9mm up to 20mm.
Folding / Press Breaking
At CSK we have a range of press breaks ranging from 2 meters to 4.1 meters in length and up to 225 tonne on bending force allowing bending up to 20mm thick steel plate.
Powder Coating
Our in house powder coating facility using the latest Nordson spray systems means we can keep the manufacture and finishing process all under one roof.
Welding
We have a wide rage of weling facilites available including Laser welding, MIG & TIG for mild and galvanised steel. Stainless and Aluminium.
