Fabrication
Bespoke frames, brackets and metal assemblies manufactured to suit your application. Our purpose-built fabrication facilities bring cutting, forming and welding together for a coordinated service.
Laser Cutting
Fibre laser cutting for precise profiles and components, with sheet sizes up to 3,000 × 1,500 mm. Material thicknesses range from 0.9 to 20 mm, depending on the material and specification.
Folding & Press Braking
Accurate forming for brackets, panels and fabricated components. Our press brakes range from 2 to 4.1 metres, with up to 225 tonnes of bending force. Capacity depends on material, bend length and tooling.
Powder Coating
Complete your metalwork with in-house powder coating. Our Nordson spray systems keep fabrication and finishing together, with colours and finishes selected to suit your project.
Welding
Laser, MIG and TIG welding for a range of fabricated components and assemblies. We select the process to suit the material, joint and finish, including mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
